HOME CARE

Our home care services are designed for people who have complex mental health needs or a learning disability already living in their own home.

How it Works

Home care offers the support you want, when you need it, so you can continue living from the comfort of your own home. With help from as little as half an hour a week and up to several visits a day, a visiting carer can make all the difference.

Engagement

We’re here with support when you need it. From support with your medication and knowing your favourite meal and whether you prefer a bath or shower, our fully regulated visiting care service lets you continue living the life you want, on your terms.

We provide the right services to support them with the minimum of intervention and the maximum level of independence that they feel safe and comfortable with.

We also actively encourage the people who use our home care services to think about their own skills and strengths and how they could use them to contribute to their local community, allowing them to re-engage with those around them and develop a greater sense of citizenship.

We know that asking for help can be difficult at times. We’re here to talk you through your visiting care options and the full costs. Call us today to speak to one of our friendly staff members.

We understand how important it is to keep your independence. If things get too much to manage on your own, we’re here to step in with extra support. That’s the real difference with home care, you have complete choice over the options.

How we care

  • We’re local to you
  • We’re not an agency – we employ every carer directly
  • All of our careers are expertly trained and DBS checked
  • We’re regulated by the CQC
  • Unlike residential care, home care is carried out in your own home, to your own timetable. It allows you to have the support you need without the disruption of moving into a care or nursing home.
  • Home care is also completely unique to your needs and requirements – if there are certain aspects of your care that you prefer to do yourself, like showering or personal care for example, our careers will always respect your choice and independence. Home care can also be adapted should you find you need more help with specific tasks or if your needs are becoming more advanced.
  • With the one-to-one support from a trained career, you can enjoy what matters most to you. With a fully managed and regulated service, you can be sure that the care you and your family receives is safe and of the highest level.

Our team of hourly careers provide the following support services:

  • Collecting, managing and administering medication
  • Help with dressing and changing
  • Support with mobility around the house
  • Cooking and meal prep
  • Specialist and complex care support

The level and frequency of hourly care you need is bespoke to your requirements; please get in touch to find out how we can best help you.

We will take the time to get to know you and understand your exact needs. This will make sure that every bit of time we spend with you is time well spent. We will take your lead and, with the help of our careers, help you stay independent.

I have a fantastic level of service from Brunswick Staff – the regular carers are great providing a standard of excellence. I think that I have never been so happy with a care agency!
